When to Replace or Upgrade Your Panel

Frequent Breaker Trips

Trips under normal use suggest overloaded circuits or a failing breaker. We diagnose and fix safely.

Old or Recalled Panels

Fuse boxes, Federal Pacific (FPE), Zinsco, or rusted/melted panels should be replaced for safety and insurance compliance.

New Loads or Capacity Needs

EV chargers, pools, additions, or new HVAC often require a service upgrade to 100–200A.

What Customers Say

This group of gentlemen have been nothing but outstanding and very professional. Their work is impeccable. I'm an aircraft maintenance technician myself and you can tell their workmanship is top notch. Andrew always kept me updated throughout the process, and was very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I 100% recommend them for any electrical needs.

I couldn’t recommend Andrew and his team enough! They responded incredibly quickly and were able to schedule a visit within 24 hours, even with a winter storm approaching and a packed schedule. Their pricing was very reasonable, and everyone was knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Their communication and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. I’m so glad I found electricians I can genuinely trust.

The appointment was very easy to make, and the company was very communicative on confirming my appointment and sending me several reminders via text message, which I appreciated. The electricians showed up on time, installed my ceiling fan very nicely, cleaned up after themselves And were very polite. Thank you for the good service.

Panel & Breaker FAQ

Do I need a permit and inspection?

Yes. Panel replacements and service upgrades typically require a permit and inspection. We handle the process for you.

How long does a panel replacement take?

Most panel replacements are completed within the same day, with power off for at least several hours. If complications come up, coordination with the utility and inspections can extend the timeline — but usually it’s one day.

Should I upgrade to 200 amps?

If you’re adding large loads (EV charger, pool equipment, new HVAC, additions) or frequently tripping breakers, a 200 A service can provide needed capacity. We perform a code-based load calculation to size your service (100–200A).

Can you replace just one bad breaker?

Yes. We can replace individual breakers and add AFCI/GFCI protection where required by code.
